We collect your name, contact details, location, and background information to evaluate your application for the Independent Sales Representative role. If you choose to submit a résumé or LinkedIn profile, that's used the same way.

Your assessment answers and video response are stored securely and are only viewed by JUMP Media recruiters directly involved in hiring for this role. Video is reviewed by a human — never by facial, tone, or speech-pattern analysis software.

If you are not selected, your application data (including video) is retained for 12 months and then automatically deleted, unless you apply again within that window.

If you're selected for the role, your core contact information is shared with JUMP Media's CRM to continue the relationship outside of this system.
